Approaching the 1st chain checkpoint. As I was driving through this they decided to close the checkpoint and move it farther up the moutain. I ended up pulling over and taking the chains off! I figured it was easier to take them off and be able to drive fast. It wasn't that hard to put them back on the second time!

I put the chains on again after when I reached the 2nd chain control checkpoint. Here I am approaching it.

I switched to a different camera to take onto the slope. Here I am getting my rental boots trying to figure out how to use the camera ( I hadn't used it in a couple of years ).
