Album: My Second Trip Up Half Dome
Three of us went on this trip -- Joel, an acquaintance Joel had just met on the net, and me. We camped in Little Yosemite Valley before going up Half Dome the next day. My digital camera failed (new technology) and my photos were lost -- but Joel's friend later mailed me these shots that he'd taken. It should be possible to firm up the dates for the trip since on the day of our return, there was a rockslide that killed a climber we'd been watching. Looks like that occurred 6/13/99.

Album: Loko Magazine
LOKO was a school project I worked on when I was a kid. My teacher was Roger Blankenburg. There were three others working on the assignment with me, though you'll see from the credits (listed, inside) and the final grades (also inside) that none of them actually did anything. Given my age at the time, I think it demonstrated some pretty good humor. Unfortunately, time has taken its toll, and the magazine has been ravaged by the 30 years that have passed since its creation and when it was finally scanned, in August, 2002. One day, perhaps I'll take a photo editor to the scanned product and see if I can clean it up a little, to remove yellowing, wrinkles and tears.
